I finally got to see the movie EVITA.
As some of you know, the movie soundtrack is probably my favorite soundtrack, and has been for several years.
I had a lot of really intelegent things to say about the movie, but I'm too lazy to type. maybe I will be drunk and tell someone some day.

but in the final frame of credits, it says "this story is fiction. any resembelence to any person living or dead is entirely coincidential." ... Except, that's not true at all!!! It's a fricking biography! all the people are based directly and purpousflullyy on real people! ah sneeczintg can't speel and type and sneezxe.

Weee! One of my favorite movies ever. I did a report once just on the cinematography in the movie, it's really brilliant when you analyze what they do with it even in just one scene, like "Don't Cry For Me Argentina". The way they use slanted angles, the way they use slight zoom-out's on certain lines and make her seem less trustworthy, the way the camera moves with her arms, the times the choose to film her in a stark white on black profile, the way it looks like she holds the people in her hands when filmed from behind her back. We definitely should have a deep discussion about it sometime! But not when you're drunk. :P
