Do you have any good refurbished Powerbooks at your store? My parents are ready to actually purchase our new computer...we went to Fry's today and decided we are definitely going back to the Apple store, hahaha.

Ya she kept talking about how everything was Greek to her and she did this little giggly hair-flip thing telling the sales dude that "I just wanna be able to write my book and check my email!" ::insert giggle:: She also kept calling me her "genius" and refering the guy over to me to explain things, hehehe...

Chris maybe it's better you didn't have to go through that. Although I guarantee you it would have provided endless amusement when you would fondly recall it for years to come...

I was really sad that I didn't see you guys in the store. Honestly I would really like to talk to personally talk about your options because I will not try and push extra products and garbage on you. and stuff. I also know about a lot of the secret discounts that other employees don't know about.
the next time I work is wednesday morning. but you or your sister could call me and talk to me in person!

Chris, I was sad about this too but my parents insisted on going to Valley Fair again because it's closer, even though I kept telling them we should go see you! And they've already made their purchase! They added 500MB of RAM to the most basic $1299 iMac and went for the extended warranty and .Mac but not the ProCare. Did we get suckered? I dunno. But well it sucks for them if you could have found more secret discounts, but it's their own fault.

Rest assured I'll be coming to see you when I buy an iBook and iPod for myself, which I am definitely hoping to afford within the year and am very serious about purchasing for school and stuff. The guy at Valley Fair suggested there might even be new versions of iBooks out by the fall. Anyway, so sorry we didn't come out there! My parents are silly.

A few years ago I spent $4,000 on a top-of-the-line Dell and that was the stupidest purchase of my life! I am so ready to switch over to Apple.
