I need an analouge Video capture card that I can plug RCA stuff into for my PC and watch it on my computer. and hopfully capture stuff. What do you guys think? It should also be cheap. and I dont think I need mpeg cause I would capture in AVi and just convert it.

i'm not too sure, but this pctv card that i have might do that... it was only 20 or 30 dollars too. It's 3am now but i'll check the box later if you remind me.

can't tell if there's an RCA port. but it says it can Still image capture, video captrue, and video edit. Create MPEG movies and streaming video. From what i can see, it has video in, audio in, and an old school vcr port(ANT).

Re: hmmm
actually i've never tried doing the video or still capture modes. i only use it for the tv part. The tv mode is good, for a 30 dollar chip. not as good as elliot's, but the quality is still good, the only bad part is that the volume bar doesn't work and it is a little buggy.

Re: hmmm
it works like a tv. input for cable line or vcr(ANT thing), input for audio/video(video game systems or newer vcrs). You open a program up on your computer, and it's a tv screen, and you watch tv, play video games, watch movies etc. uhm... more specific specs, i'll give you later if you still want them.
